Whats-more, even after being caught red handed in Trademark Registration Fraud on the USPTO in 2011 the Sorensen brothers still persisted to trademark bully small businesses using the word "Firehouse" by filing lawsuits and costing those victims large legal fees and/or foring the small businesses to succumb to the bad faith, legal demands to cease using the word "Firehouse".

In essence, FIREHOUSE SUBS, Co-Founder, Chris and Robin Sorensen have habitually, committed fraud many times over on many entities and committed Intellectual Property Theft upon many folks too, not only myself/Billy Rogers;  

For the most part all the lawsuits filed by Chris and Robin Sorensen of FIREHOUSE SUBS alleged Trademark Infringement of  the word "Firehouse"; HOWEVER, all the bad faith legal actions filed were based on the fraudulently obtained and legally invalid Trademarks (144) of "FIREHOUSE SUBS" as unethically filed to USPTO and/or State Agency's by Robin Sorensen since 1993.   It has been said;  truth is stranger than fiction.
